因應內政部移民署「新式外來人口統一證號」專案，自110年1月2日起進行外來人口新式統一證號換發作業，若您已申請新式外來人口統一證號，請您盡速向本券商辦理統一證號變更。

In response to the "New UI No. for Foreign Nationals" project of the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency, the new UI No. for foreign nationals will be starting from January 2, 2021. If you have already applied for the new UI number for foreign nationals, please contact us as soon as possible to handle the change of the unified certificate number.

一、本券商客戶資料變更說明：
      • 辦理方式：本券商開戶之外國人及香港或澳門居民至原開戶分公司臨櫃辦理
      • 應備文件：
        (1) 新式外僑居留證正本及護照
        (2) 原留印鑑

1. Description of the change of client information at this brokerage:
    • How to handle: Foreigners and Hong Kong or Macau residents who open
                             an account with this brokerage will go to the original account
                             opening branch to handle it

    • Documents to be prepared:
      (1) The original copy of the new-type alien residence certificate and passport
      (2) Original signature

二、相關客戶權益注意事項提醒：

      (1)您的證券戶統一證號必須與銀行扣(匯)款帳戶證號相符，以免發生交割款項及現金股利
           或基金配息款項入帳或扣款失敗。

      (2)所得稅結算申報時，請注意您申報之新式外來人口證號與留存本公司的
           資料是否相符，以免影響自身權益。

2. Reminders on relevant client rights and interests:

    (1) Your securities account's unified certificate number must match the bank's
          deduction(remittance) account number to avoid failure to enter or deduct
          delivery payments and cash dividends or fund dividend payments.

    (2) When reporting individual income tax settlement,
          please pay attention to whether the new UI No. for foreign nationals you
          declared is consistent with the information retained by this company, so as
          not to affect your own rights and interests.
